Recoating your Floor

The right finish protects wood flooring from wear, dirt and moisture while giving the wood an attractive colour and sheen.

If your hardwood floors are looking dull, perhaps it’s time for a recoat. Recoating your wooden floor regularly will postpone resands and brighten the floor.

If your wooden floor is in good condition, a dull surface can be recoated without going to the expense of a full sanding. This process is called screening. It involves lightly buffing and applying two new coats to the wood floor, repairing scratches in the finish.

Floormaster recoats your floors with the innovative dust-free system. The entire process can be performed in one day.

The Pitch pine floors have been renewed and restored to their former glory. I am really pleased with the standard of workmanship and superb finish.
